Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They are non-transferable. They may only be redeemed once, and they cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Vouchers are valid as stated on the voucher.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Daisy Tasker payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
